"I just wanted to say thanks for all you did. You were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt--everything a customer service person should be. And the email with the anniversary greeting was so cute! In case you are wondering, my husband really liked the gift, and we had a lovely anniversary. ... I very much appreciate the terrific job you did! Best wishes"
